Sensitization & Orientation Programme on Inclusive Education for CWSN

 

Chandigarh, 7 October 2026:

DAV Model School, Sector 15-A, Chandigarh, conducted a 30-minute Sensitization and Orientation Module on Inclusive Education for Children with Special Needs (CWSN) for its Non Teacher staff on 7 October 2026.

 

The sensitization video was telecasted for the staff, focusing on the importance of creating an inclusive, empathetic and supportive learning environment for every child. The session highlighted the need to understand diverse learning needs, promote equal opportunities and ensure the meaningful participation of Children with Special Needs in the school community.

 

The initiative reflects the school’s commitment to inclusive education, compassion, equity and holistic development, in accordance with the vision of the CBSE and the National Education Policy.
