The Home Sc. Lab is on the ground floor with adequate light and ventilation of the building. The lab slabs and sinks are of black granite. Each worktable has gas plate with centralized gas system. Burners are supplied with regulators to monitor the flame as per requirement. A separate worktable is earmarked with a raised platform to facilitate the teacher to explain and demonstrate the experiment they are required to perform. It is compulsory for students to wear a lab coat and head gear during the practical. The lab is well equipped with electrical gadgets like microwave, cooking range, chimney etc.
