“ Nature never betrays the heart that loves her”
The harbingers of nature, the young vibrant and energetic legacy makers of splendid Natural surroundings engaged in a plethora of activities throughout the month of July in their respective houses - Rajguru, Sukhdev, Laxmibai and Bhagat Singh in Intra house competitions on July 11 ,2025 and Inter house competitions on July 25, 2025 .Meritorious students were announced as winners.
The students clad in yellow, blue, red and green House uniforms exhibited their love for greenery and nature.
Students from Classes III to V participated in Spell Bee Activity wherein they learnt vocabulary related to nature, plants and trees. They showcased accuracy and confidence .

The students of Classes VI
to VIII engaged their dexterous hands and aesthetic skills in the activity, “ Leaf it to me “( Leaf art with a slogan). They used dried leaves and vegetable peels along with eco friendly materials . The activity was an excellent endeavour to hone their creativity, novelty and eco sensitivity

The students from Classes IX to X created decorative items by using recycled waste to create natural artefacts showing their utilitarian skills in making aesthetically appealing objects.

The students from Classes XI to XII engaged in activity,” Plant and reflect “ . The nature lovers planted saplings and maintained thought Journals in which they reflected on their decisions to plant a tree and its effects to make them connected to nature.

Graffiti Art
Rupali and Naina of class 12 Arts won 3rd prize for their outstanding Graffiti Art work reflected the theam, highlighting eco- friendly solution, clean energy and harmony between nature and technology competition held at Saint Stephen's school organized by uvsatta on 22nd April 2025

A national campaign on Ashwagandha was recently organized by the Ministry of Ayush, National Medicinal Plants Board to promote awareness about the medicinal benefits of Ashwagandha. As part of the campaign, various activities were held, including a painting and essay writing competition focused on the theme of Ashwagandha.
Students enthusiastically participated in the competitions, showcasing their creativity and knowledge. In the essay writing competition, Simmi secured the 1st position and was awarded a cash prize of ₹2500. Mehak achieved the 5th position and received a cash prize of ₹1000. Both students’ essays were recognized for their insightful content and have been published in a reputed magazine, adding to their achievement.
The event successfully highlighted the importance of medicinal plants and encouraged young minds to engage with traditional knowledge systems.
