Library Rules

• Readers shall maintain perfect order and silence in the Library.
• A reader responsible for any damage caused to the reading materials or to any other property of the Library shall be required to replace the reading material or pay for the property penalty imposed by the institution.
• Eating, sleeping and talking loudly are strictly prohibited in the Library.
• After reading, make sure that the books, periodicals and the newspapers are kept back to their respective places.
• Marking, underlining or writing on library property is strictly forbidden.
• Returns of Books are mandatory before the due date i.e. 14 days. A Fine of Rs. 2/- per day will be imposed for overdue books.
• No library material can be taken out of the library without permission. Unauthorized removal of anything belonging to the library will be treated as theft and dealt accordingly.
• No entry in the Library without i-cards.
• No bags will be allowed in the Library.
•  Without written permission from respective class teachers, student will not be allowed to sit in the library.
• Reference Books, Current Periodicals will not be issued to any member. These will be consulted only in the library.
• Suggestions on all aspects of library services are welcome.
