Examination and Promotion Policy

1. There is no formal examination for Pre Nursery to class II. The students are promoted on the basis of continuous evaluation carried out through various assessments in the academic year.
2. It is compulsory to appear in the class tests and terminal exams. Exemptions may be granted only to those students who represent the school for at the competitions/tournaments at the state/national/international level.
3. If a student refrains himself/herself for any invalid reason will not be re-examined.
4. To qualify in a subject under scholastic , the student has to obtain at least grade D. If he/she obtains grade E in one or two subjects he/she will be allowed to improve the performance within a month of declaration of result.
5. For students of XI&XII, it is compulsory to get passing marks i.e. 33% in theory as well as practical exams
6. 90% attendance for classes 1 to 8^th and 75% as per C.B.S.E norms for class XI&XII is compulsory to appear in Final Examination.
7. The school authority has full right to demote the students if he/she does not fulfil the above mentioned conditions.
