Health is important for a growing child and if healthy habits are instilled in a child right from the beginning, it becomes a life-long asset for him.

The school has taken the initiative in the changing times to face the challenge of promoting health both physical and mental of our students. Under the recommendations of Dr. Poonam Khurana school health program coordinator several health camps are held from time to time through-out the session The school has a Doctor, Dietician, Psychologist and a yoga instructor on roll.

The Dietician regularly checks the Tiffin of the students.Healthy Tiffin competitions are held.

Parents are counseled time to time regarding health issues.

The school canteen provides only healthy food.

Height and weight are checked twice a year and the students are provided with the diet charts according to their BMI (Body Mass Index).

Regular health checkups including Dental and eye camps are held.

Eminent Doctors are invited for talks on important health issues.

Yoga classes help the children to distress.

The counselor regularly interacts with the students providing them with special tips and to face the challenges of life.

A two year ICMR sponsered health promoting project has been undertaken in school by Dr. Bhavneet Bharti, Prof. Dept. of Pediatrics, PGIMER .
