Empowering DAVIANS ‘ Run For DAV ‘ was accomplished enthusiastically by approximately 220 students and teachers from DAV15 , Chandigarh . on October 2,2026. 6 am onwards , commencing from Sukhna Lake and culminating at Rose Garden, Sector 16, Chandigarh.The event was well coordinated under the guidance of State Coordinator, Principal Anuja Sharma.
The boys ran for a distance of 5 kms. The girls and teachers ran for a distance of 2 kms. Arrangements for Water and medical facilities for the. participants were done meticulously.
In the teachers Female Category : Sadhika stood First,Priyanka stood Second and Shallu stood Third.
In the Teachers Male Category , Arpit and Gagan stood First, Dheeraj stood Second and Narinder stood Third .
In the students (boys junior category): Mayank stood First, Anuj stood Second and Rehan stood Third .
In the Girls Junior category,Abhishree stood First, Tanvi stood Second and Ishika stood Third.
In the Senior Girls Category, Manvi, stood first,Anvi stood second, Mannat and Ishika stood Third.
In Senior Boys category : Arjun stood First,Pratyush Stood Second and Aayush stood Third.
The winners were applauded and awarded medals .The students and teachers felt rejuvenated and energetic in the early morning breeze. The event ended on a positive note
