Day 2

Day 2 of summer camp was  organised for the students of DAV Model School Sector 15 Chandigarh from class Pre Nursery to Class 12.

Principal, Mrs Anuja Sharma motivated the students to be creative by indulging in hands on activities exhibiting  innovative ways to unleash creative potentialities .

Students of classes Pre Nursery to 12 enthusiastically participated in hands on activities with paper  under the able guidance of their mentors.  

Students from Pre Nursery to Class 2  started the day enthusiastically with vibrant dances tapping their feet to the musical beats.

Paper Recycling Workshop by Environment Society of India, Chandigarh was organized for the students of Classes 3 to 7 in which  the students learnt  innovative ways to recycle paper.

It provided a great opportunity to learn in a joyful manner.

The students  of Classes 8 to 12 enjoyed learning by doing and were overwhelmed to be involved in making soaps of different aromas and flavours, gel candles and bakery items ( chocolate cookies) 

showcasing wonderful culinary skills and aesthetic prowess.Senior Classes from Class 8 to 12 were also given subject enrichment classes .

The day ended on a cheerful note.
