3. Now login using email/mobile and password as code received. You can open form as many number of times using username and code received but don’t click on submit button.Please remember the code or save it.

4. Once form is open, check all the options required to fill the form like photographs and other documents in pdf. You can view form as many times as you want before submitting.

5. Collect all the information and then fill the form. Form once submitted can be viewed for printing but cannot be edited no changes are allowed afterwards.So make sure all options are filled correctly before submitting the form. For registered users
